CPF statistics says:
50% of cohort is expected to live beyond age 85 & 33% beyond age 90.
Many of us assume that we are surely the one, the blessed ones, to live a long life.
But how can we be sure ?
My unscientific guess of criteria :
What are your chances to live beyond age 85 norm?
My guess would be to have:
1. Have long life genes
2. Resting heartbeat (<70 bpm)
3. Younger inner body age
4. No medical condition before age 65
5. BMI (<23)
6. No major op yet
7. I am cheerful/joyful
8. Regular blood donor
9. I am a Woman
My chances: __/9 (__% chance)
